I called BestBuy first, they wanted $325 and told me it would take them 10 days to fix it (no thanks).  I then called Treasure Coast Network Solutions. My neighbor said they fixed his computer for only $50. They connected to my computer remotely and got rid of my virus.  I was able to watch what they were doing the whole time.  I highly recommend them to anyone who has a computer problem.  After taking a private in-home lesson with Shawn, I now have a much better understand of my computer.  Great Company!!!
